Founded by Melissa Traversa, CareConnectSydney is built on a foundation of professional expertise, lived experience, and a deep commitment to inclusive, family-centred care.
With a background in nursing, early childhood inclusion support, and parent education—including certification as a Triple P Parenting Program provider—Melissa brings both insight and empathy to every interaction.
